Jeremy had a plan when he left work early and headed home. Danielle had no idea what was in store that evening. When she opened the door to their apartment to find rose petals covering the floor and when she was greeted by their puppy wearing a shirt that said "Mommy, will you marry Daddy?" and Jeremy around the corner waiting to pop the question, she was so shocked and not to mention, happy, she started laughing and crying at the same time. Needless to say, her answer was YES!

We can't thank Jim Dillbeck, from Heffernan Morgan Ronsley, enough for introducing us to this incredible family. I'm in awe everyday when God brings gracious and appreciative people into our lives. I clicked with Andie, Danielle's mom, the moment I met her in Jim's office. She's the glue that holds her family together and I can totally relate to that. She loves her husband, her kids and her dog, and I knew that she was my kind of girl. She stresses over the details, and she'd give you the shirt off her back. She's incredible and I adore her. When the bride's mom texts you photos of the bride in her dress from the Vera Wang store in New York, you know she is the BEST. I love our brides, but I truly love their moms. One day, far from now and God willing, I will be in their shoes helping to plan my daughter's wedding and I'm sure I will stress over the details too.

Thank you to our fabulous friend, Jenn Guadrau for second shooting with Bob at D+J's wedding. You are incredibly talented and we are always honored to have your assistance!

We hope you enjoy the images from this gorgeous wedding!

Much love!

Danielle looked stunning in her VW gown and her vintage jewelry. And I loved that she kept her hair down and wavy.

Her veil was also a Vera Wang and it was one of the prettiest veils I've ever seen!

Heffernan Morgan Ronsley did an incredible job on the flowers.... and the entire wedding! Danielle's vintage cascade bouquet consisted of quicksand roses, vendela roses, white majolica roses, stephanotis and heavy mini white calla lilies with broaches and rhinestone accents. It was stunning!

These lovely programs were created by Amongst Lovely Things on Etsy (all links are above). They wer made of vintage style antiqued cream colored parchment, hand stamped in distressed grey ink with baroque flourishes and embellished with white pearl dots. Made as french doors tied together with an ivory ribbon. Inside is the prelude and thank yous. Just stunning!

Their chuppah was adorned with white gladiola blossoms and crystal suspended around a gold and crystal chandelier. All the out of town guests received eco friendly canvas gift bags with vintage styled writing and chicago skyline.

I love everything about this photo of Danielle getting ready to walk out the door to see Jeremy for their "first look".

After seeing this exchange of rings so many times, I researched why the ring is initially put on the index finger and I learned that the Jewish wedding tradition goes back to the time of the Talmud and the differences in beliefs at that time about which finger is closer or more direct to the heart. Christianity taught the ring finger; Judaism taught the index finger. I hope I have stated that correctly.

There were three different table designs. The flowers in at each table were a mixture of white hydrangeas, polar star roses, and football mums.

- Flower centerpieces designed in mirror boxes with optic crystal lamps surrounded by eight diamond crystal voltage candles.

- Flower centerpieces surrounded by Heffernan Morgan crystal candelabras set on a mirror box with province vases and tea lights set in diamond voltages.

- Flower centerpieces designed on a ribbon vases, silver candlesticks with large numbed votive rolypoly and Bobeche hanging crystals and tea lights in diamond votives and a lighted mirror box.

And one of Chicago's finest, Ken Arlen Orchestra including the Sirens, entertained everyone all night long. When they are playing, the dance floor is always full with everyone dancing the night away!
